SonarTree hasn't launched yet, so these are the questions we expect to hear most, answered against what the product actually does today, not what's planned.
Product
Everything billing-grade, meaning your own downloads, revenue, and Apple Search Ads popularity, comes straight from Apple's official APIs. True keyword ranks come from polite, rate-limited enrichment, and if that layer is ever unavailable the official-API side keeps working unaffected.

Paste your App Store link at /audit. We look up your app's real title, generate candidate keywords from it, and score each one on popularity and difficulty so you see the best opportunities first. The top 3 scored keywords are visible immediately; enter your email to unlock the rest. 5 free audits per day, no account required.
Data & privacy
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Canceling stops future billing and, once your current billing period ends, moves your account to the free plan's limits (fewer tracked keywords, no rank history). The apps and keywords you already added stay in your account.
Email support and ask us to delete your account. It's permanent: we cancel any active subscription first so you're never billed after deletion, then delete your App Store Connect key, every app and keyword you connected, your downloads and revenue history, your alert history, your account settings, and your sign-in itself. The shared App Store keyword and ranking data that describes the App Store itself, not you, isn't touched. Full breakdown on our privacy policy.
Billing
By keywords and connected apps tracked, not seats. Free starts with today's snapshot on one app; Solo, Studio, and Pro add more apps, tracked keywords, rank history, and competitor reverse-lookup. Full comparison on the pricing page.
Solo, Studio, and Pro plans can export their tracked keywords and full rank history as CSV, a streamed download of everything you're tracking. The free plan doesn't include export.
API
Pro-tier accounts can generate an API key and pull keyword, rank, opportunity, and reverse-lookup data programmatically. It's a read-only mirror of your dashboard: an API key can never track, untrack, or otherwise change anything in your account. Full request/response docs are at /docs/api.
